Yea, sure looks like it. I checked his other Yoko pics, awesome rendering. Easy enough to make a wallpaper out of but I have no idea how to do a detext properly.
If only Danny cam propose this to GSC. A Yoko with teasing tongue sticking out figure would be relevant to few man interest. To detext you may try: a. photoshoop b. ask original artist for non test version

Yoko is always delicious :3 This guy did a pretty good job.
I thought it was PVC as well, I was sad yet happy to see it was a render.
My GAWD she is hawt. Don't you wish she really was a figure. They're so well done. The hair is so much like a real figures.
