Yuki is holding the Caliburn not Excalibur. Caliburn is the more ornate sword. 
More like she projected the sword since she is s data entity and she can produce anything she wants.

I think the author just use caliburn since that comes with the Saber Figma...xD if that was me I would have used spare laser sword from my Unicorn
