Haven't seen a post for this movie, and would like to let others know that do not live in United States.... were reviving Speed Racer, saw the trailer in the movies and i was like "no freaking way!!" seems like a OK movie, haven't watch the real series so really don't have anything to judge by What do you guys think of this movie? trailer
the speed racer guy and racer x looks to old to play the part. ^^;

Rain, the Korean singer is playing the supporting role in this movie. Although, that isn't that best picture of him. But from the trailer, I don't know if this movie is gonna be good though...
I never been a fan of this serie when i was young. So i don't feel very interested in this movie, seems to me too much shining and bling bling

i'm surprised the characters in the movie talk so slowly. i remember in the cartoon, everyone talks very fast. ('~')
The movie got really bad reviews, as if the constant bombardment of Speed Racer commercials on tv weren't enough to alert your "movie sucks" meter. Trailers/Commercials of movies usually show the best part of the film. If what we've seen in those commercials are considered "the best parts," the movie is going to be terrible. ;P
second here....coz speed racer in the original series looks more like japanese type of character to me. And i'm sure, everybody notices this: WTF?! THAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE MACH "5" NOT MACH 6! IT'S A DISGRACE! sorry about that...
If you watched the movie, the Mach 5 got trashed. That's why you see the Mach 6. It's definitely not a disgrace.
This wasn't so bad. Racing scenes were awesome, but the movie was too long. Duh it flunk, it was up against Iron Man. I don't think the world was ready for a Speed Racer flick. Still, this doesn't change my dream of driving the Mach 5 (or 6).
