Japanator reports that there is a campaign in the Aomori prefecture to stop men staring at the ladies at mixed onsen (hot springs). Somebody should try to explain to the campaigners that mens eyes are attracted to womens eyes a bit like how magnets work. Very true. It's simply human nature. The use of eyes is one of our most basic forms of communication and interaction. It really just can't be helped; it's involuntary. :P

wat do they expect? It is a mixed onsen , u entered they wat u expect! a female entering they will sure know wat mens eyes will focus on! Even with clothes on men also like to watching women eye so with clothes off i think it will be even more worse!

It's true that men's eyes are very attracted to women's eyes, and there is nothing we can do about it.
the reason why men stare at women's eyes is not only because it's their nature but it's improving their health too... look at women's eyes for 10 minutes/day and don't be afraid of illness anymore^^
yup, to quote one of Dannys older posts: "staring at a pair of womens eyes for 10 mins a day is just as good as working out at the gym for 30 mins."
