When I was back in the UK I had a poster of the Shinjuku skyline on the wall which I looked at every day saying to myself - "I will make it to Japan - I know I will." That gave me much focus to concentrate on learning Japanese which helped open many doors. This was taken from the Microsoft offices in Akasaka.
Very nice! Beats the view of a contsruction site i get out my window at work!
Nice picture, the horizon looks great behind the building. Great timing, honestly, very good shot Danny. *ninjas a copy of the picture*
It might sound weird but Danny you are one of those people that tried and tried and succeded.
I'm actually saying that to myself now. But instead of looking at a skyline like you did...i'm looking at anime. LOl. :D
Thats awesome Danny, always find a way to inspire yourself. I did this by buying a subscription to a motorcycle magazine, when I didnt even own a motorcycle. A couple months later? New Job, much better pay, New Harley in the Garage.
I use the same method but with this picture, which automatically update every hour. http://camera.mvkofu.com/cgi-bin/livecam.cgi
So now when things get a little wild you can look out the window and say "Look at what I have done." ...and what I still will do. (^_-) For me it's various pictures of the Osaka skyline on my office PC, my Powerbook Pro and my iMac at home.
It would be even better to be able to think, "one day all this will be mine!"
You realized your dreams and much more... Congratulations!
