Photo comp of Alter Saber. I like this figure, she sits on my desk haha! Anyone find that her should joint can be abit loose? (I used Danny's glue method, pretty good).
Nice shot. Did you PS this?
Yup, PS'd
nice scenery and great editing. love the sword in the rock. just like king arthur.
nice scenery love the fig have on too standing beside my monitor...btw i still dont for what is the 2 stands for the kaiyodo saber alter (one hat looks like a v, and a long bent stick) much appreciation if you would shed some light to those stand sticks. (1st time buyer of figs have about 3 gunpla and 1 saber)
actually I have this alter saber too but the joints are somewhat a little loose and for some poses the joints couldn't hold the figure's own weight
I found that the shoulders are comparatively more loose than the regular version of saber but never really had any problems with balance for dynamic poses. The stationary "just standing" pose was really hard though...
hmm...my loose joints we're at the legs ^^;; any suggestion to make it tighter? btw, here's the best I can do with my alter saber http://www.flickr.com/photos/13630733@N03/1788673929/ in that pose I had to be very careful not to move/shake it cause it'll fall in an instance ^^;;
hmm, I guess you could coat the pegs with a weak glue like PVC glue (that white stuff they always give out to little kids in primary school). After it dries, it should be able to take up some of the volume on the joints and make them more stiff. But the legs for me were pretty stiff to begin with. And revoltech saber doesn't really go well with the stands as it's a real monster of a balancing act. Good job on the pose tho!
Same as you, though its just her left shoulder at the moment. Her right is starting to feel loose. Having Saber standing is hard XD I got her standing, but I fear changing her position that it'll take me more time to get her standing again. (笑)
cool image, you photoshoped it right?
Yes, this is Photoshop'd. :D
