I heard a lot about this serie recienly. Is really that good, Danny, you see this one, right? The figure are nice, like the previous of Kingdom Hearts
I think it's graphically different, I don't know much about the story because I've only watched the first episode, but I think you must see it. It seems cool.

maka's face looks really, bland.. Like not realistic... Or <spoiler note!!!!>under the influence of the kokketsu</spoiler> Again: Maka's VA: very nice... Good choice for a tsundere Soul's VA: ....meh... There could have been better choices imo Black Star's+Tsubaki's VA: POSSIBLY THE BEST Death the Kid: Very well, imo Liz Thompson: good Patty: (if it's the voice in the Late Night showing, it's meh...) Deathscyth/Maka's Father: fits the role Shinigami sama: fits the role hope it gets good... It sorta deviated a bit from the manga... Not a major one.... but still... The first episode was EXACTLY like the first chapter of Soul Eater, and so I was surprised (minus the extended fight scenes)...
This anime is on my watch list. I like Soul Eater pretty much considering that I'm usually not very fond of most other shows of this genre (e. g. Naruto, Bleach). This figure isn't on my want list though.
just watched ep.1 the late night show. what's the differences with the usual time show?
late night version has echi scene. usual one doesn't.

there's no difference, other than more blood. no nipples or anything in the late night broadcast

Watched both episodes. Has a definite Jamie Hewitt (Tank Girl, Gorillaz)feel to the character design. See, Danny's British influence has already corrupted the Japanese anime scene. :P

The anime have quite a unique animation style ^^ I never read the manga, but so far the anime has been quite interesting to me ^^

Hmm, I wonder why Maka's face is like that.. Square Enix didn't put enough effort to match her face with that from the manga or the anime.. Well, I hope that Tsubaki and Blair figurine don't have the same fate with Maka..
The animation is...different...but somehow it works for me. If the story is good I might put this on the list...

Love the first ep of Soul Eater, but not a fan of this figure. I would have like Maka to have a pose where shes swiging soul around. Ill wait till a better one comes out.
Soul Eater is badass, but that figure SUCKS ass.
I don't mind the figure at all...but my love of the show may be blinding me :P Plus I have a weak spot for a figure with an awesome weapon, and honestly not much is cooler weapon-wise than a scythe.
