No, no, you got it all wrong. Those are from the Fire Emblem series. Marth = Simon and Ike = Kamina; though Mario and Luigi are indeed present in the video.
Know nothing of Fire Emblem, so I don't know how well-matched are they. >_< But Nia does look good as princess Peach.

Well, since Samus and Samus Zero are supposed to be different...(?) Yeah, I found it odd from ol' conservative Nintendo to create a character solely for fanservice... Things must have really changed with the years. But as a fellow old-school gamer, I may also find this choice to be of some bad taste; for me, Samus Aran will always be the "badass girl hidden in an overkill-level-equipped Bounty Hunter suit".
Exactly what I thought, Samus wouldn't let people destroy her suit, she'd destroy them!
Not only that, but she really wouldn't want to annihilate aliens in a very tight plugsuit back in the times... Things really have changed.
