Awesome - bikes that actually transform into two trucks. Better pics at Neil Duckett.
OMG!!! i so want one
the bikes look cool.... but is that a panties on the floor in the first pic? LOL
A piece of cloth? A very tired plastic bag? Who knows!
piece of cloth or plastic bag fetish anyone? ^^
Definitely pantsu. It's part of the polices' job, isn't it?
That's kinda dumb... I mean, sure it's cheap, but do those bikes produce enough torque to haul a car? And just to finish on my usual gearhead way :-P , the rims on the tow look like Mini Lite's ! You know, the rims usually put on Mini Coopers (the classic ones) ?
Must be a very powerful bike to be able to tow that car.
That looks kinda bulky on the bike.. Wonder if the bike have enough power to tow a car..
Actually, those motorcycles will tows those car with ease since those are Honda GoldWing GL1800, powered with 1,832 cc six cylinders engine with boxer (opposing) configuration. You can check the specs here: JP: http://www.honda.co.jp/motor-lineup/goldwing/ US: http://powersports.honda.com/motorcycles/touring_sport_touring/model.asp?ModelName=Gold+Wing+Audio%2FComfort%2FNavi&ModelYear=2008&ModelId=GL18HPN8
They look nice but still i like more the Taiwan version of that bike. :)
I'm curious to this Taiwan version, do you mind putting a link to a pic of that bike here? ^^
lol i would rather call it the Towing bike
optimus prime will be proud.
Nice, the transformers are close now.
Transformerssss........Yeahhhhhhhhhh....
It's a really cool idea. I'm not sure if I would want to ride a bike with that extra weight on it though.
Just another day at the office.
Um, so if it's just a pair of officers on patrol - I assume that's usually what happens - what happens to the officer whose bike gets transformed? I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to ride in a car being towed.
Honda goldwings are used to carrying overweight bankers around, so towing a car should be no problem
that bike is freaking awesome!!!
Wow, that's a very interesting concept for towing illegally parked cars away, or for car-jacking ^^.
Wow! Two bikes become one tow vehicle...
no, one bike became one tow vehicle. you can see it in the little image.
Ooh... Didn't see properly...
It sure has a nice engine for the tow job. I Wonder what its output is. P.S. I thought you're commenting on Danny's rare spelling errors.
Ahh, it's a gattai! Gattai!
If there is a GTA game to simulate Japan, Rockstar games will be overwhelmed by their technological innovations.
Truth to that lol. Thats why we're letting the Japanese make Yakuza 3 for the time being :P.
here is the link to the Taiwan version of that bike. http://neilduckett.com/transport-for-two-in-taiwan/
Ups, wrong link, it's this one: http://neilduckett.com/transport-for-two-in-taiwan/
Cue Optimus Prime transforming sound XD
wow, that bike must have a really strong engine (Oo.
I'm really distracted by that white thing on the ground... handkerchief? white used panty? :P
No, some otaku pee'd himself & left his soiled briefs because he got too excited over this. See him leaving on the left?
LOL
Another reason to join japanese police forces ^^
Nice... if you can use that to other stuff.. like towing a boat, garbage compartment, or other stuff. I mean, I don't have use to that, but nice for people who does anyways...
Sorry, I meant "luggage" compartment. I have to clean the house and take the garbage out, so I'm kinda stuck with garbage in my head. oops
wow... can the bike even draw enough torque to haul a car??? doesn't look practical...
It should have, the bike has a 1.8l, 6 cyl engine. Thats double what my old mini had!!! So more than enough.
even a single healthy human could pull a car for miles, some even with their teeth or their hair. and dont underestimate the power of jap's superbike. own one and you know what i'm trying to say here
lol!
wow those police bike rocks! But would it have a hard time pulling bigger vechile? Not to mention the turning angles and controlling the stuff behind his bike?
i don't get what the top photo is supposed to be.
Well, it's those bikes in tow mode (note that the one in the background looks like a scorpion, especially with the stuff that resemble pincers). Now see that it is the back of the bike, with the additional unfolded gadget (which is composed of the two wheels and a metal bar) in order for an unfortunate car to be attached to it and be kidnapped without prior notice. Now, as for when and how much is the ransom and where is the place you're supposed to leave the cash... Don't ask me.
I was wondering what it does.... and it's for towing.. That is nice
awesome, the first picture on that blog is shot few minutes away from my home in Shang Hai. go go China, I miss home
