One thing I love about YouTube is the "intelligent" comments that one always sees. I used to disable comments for my videos but now I don't give a flying foaming dolphin about the witty comments. This time its thousands of folks giving Magibon a bashing about her teeth. I personally think her teeth look cute and there seem to be a load of girls in Japan with similar looking teeth. Magibon-type teeth - a turn on or turn off for you?

Everyone of her clips are the same. Tries to hard when she could be a lot cuter with less effort. As for the teeth, not a big fan of 'summer teeth' .... some braces would be in order.

I think teeth like that are quite cute. The teeth are only a turn off for me if they're horribly mangled in the wrong directions and such. Most Japanese girls have very cute teeth IMO.
I'm sorry, but I dislike her immensely. All she does is just sit there and stare into the camera. And even when she does talk, it's in Japanese. I personally have nothing against Japanese (actually I quite like it), but she isn't even japanese, or asian from what I can see. Nor is she even in japan. I don't watch her videos because (like I had already mentioned) I don't like them. But even still, I wish she'd just stop. She's just humiliating and turning herself into a joke for the entire internet. And for the record, Her fangs aren't attractive either.

Same here too. It's more of the culture that we're brought up in, we tend to string different languages together. It more on the subconscious level. I still remembered once where I swear-ed in 6 languages (including 2x Chinese dialects) in a single sentence which nearly made perfect sense (grammar wise).
Exactly, I think your right. I always see people being called weaboos on forums and such but It's so stupid. Sometimes people that are just beginning to learn other languages tend to use half and half of each language. It helps them to learn it faster and get used to using the words. Even though I sometimes think it's annoying when I hear an american girl scream out that something is kawaii in half english, I've learned to take it how it is, not let it get to me. I know it helps them and I can't judge them for their actions. She's very cute though, probably amongst the cutest girls I've seen around.
depends on the context of the sentence. on this site, there is quite alot of mixing japanese with english. i don't mind it for the most part, but it depends on what kind of mood i'm in when i see it. as for this magibon girl, she absolutely annoys me to the core, and what's more, people, ESPECIALLY the male youtube population, are in love with her. i try to tap into that male part of my brain and see what all the fuss over her is, but i just can't see it. i don't know what she's doing, but apparently she's quite good at it as she's gotten millions of views and just as many subscribers.
forgot to mention her teeth. the teeth don't bother me, i'm used to seeing teeth like that. and it's not even that bad, it's the missing teeth, nasty rotten teeth that bother me. at least she has all her teeth and the seem to be healthy to boot.

What I __despise__ about this girl is the fact that almost all her videos are her simply sitting in front of the camera trying to do something "cute". As well, her voice is fake. I knew a girl a while back that acted the exact same way, and trust me, girls almost never sound like that. Hence why I hate the fake-ness of it all.

Basically a weeaboo is a Japanese wannabe... It is also the first time I learn about the term. I found it very cute-sounding (and I still do) and would never have known it would be that offensive until now. Better late than never for me I guess.
