No, girls in my country carrefully don't wearing that kind of thing... It must be difficult for japanese girls , when they have school uniform like that...(official uniform, heh ?)
Well, schools allowing girls with huge cleavages in my school isn't a good thing either. So I don't know if Japanese uniforms with see throughs is worse or school allowing you dress like a slut.

Actually I think I may have the answer to that phenomena :P When I was still schooling , my uniform consisted of a white blouse and a dark blue pinafore (the latter helps hide any "problem" with the see thru issue) but they're handed down to me say by a cousin or family friend's daughter, and by then they are often washed many many many times over the years they were used by the onee sans ^^; So that being said, the cotton white blouses are usually the first to become translucent ^^;;;;

Depends on the girl, as we don't have schooluniforms. Some have, some don't.
I rather wonder what the blue "hayabusa" writing means. ^^; As for the clothing... well german schools are so and so... depend's a lot on the size of city if the girls dress like sluts or like brave girls. You won't see this in the average country side town, but in a bigger town like Berlin, it's most likely that you would see a few "sluts" running around. As for the case of this "see-truh" blouse... i prolly wouldn't mind as much if the front is not "see-truh"... doesn't seem as much if you look at the girl to the oposite of the one with the "see-truh" back. Then again i'm to much of a tomboy to care anyways about something like that.

It's normal here ^^;, but female students are forbidden to wear other colours of undergarments other than white, since it'll make it really obvious ^^;
Huh normally at my University I see much more than this. One thing I find funny though and never managed to understand, why do girls buy so short shirts and pants below waist and then they are always pulling the shirts down or the pants up?! Never managed to understand that logic but one thing I managed to figure out the hard way, the area between the shirt and the pants (kidney area if you don't know which one I mentioned) its thermodynamically insensitive but very sensible to touch XD

There's only one school in our town that has a uniform. The shirts aren't see through but they had an issue with the skirts. Aside from the usual pulling up their skirts too high, some girls weren't wearing any underwear -__-; So recently all the girls have to wear pants now due to though anti-underwear females.

My school's uniform has those see-through shirts. People wore coloured T-shirts underneath because of it. Then they banned those. COLOUR IS EVIL!
most school girls here are required to wear sleeveless undergarment & slips over their underwear to prevent such 'exposure'. reason being, most schools here are run by nuns and priests. believe me they are so paranoid about those things. they even used rulers to measure the lengths of the skirts. too bad for us.

lols...my school had this semi-tranluscent white blouse for the gals as their school uniform... lol... was rather easy to see thru...XD then the gals petitioned to have the uniform changed into smth less transparent..XD lol.. the translucent uniforms only lasted a year... how sad....XD
My previous school's uniforms were like that too, only less transparent. Guys had white and the girls got to wear brown; no idea why.

In where I live, schoolgirls seem to have smartened up in recent years. They knew their school blouses were semi-see-thru for the benefit of the likes of us, so their strategy is to either: 1. wear a sleeveless T-shirt underneath to cover their bra, or 2. wear a thick jumper, with or without sleeves, in the sweltering and humid summer heat. Most opt for option 2, which still defies belief. To this day, I still wonder how on earth they can withstand the heat. Protecting their precious bodies from being seen by pervs takes priority over suffering a heat-stroke anytime, it seems. Of course, once in a blue moon, I do come across one or two very cute ones not seeming to mind their cute bodies being shown through their semi-transparent blouses, but those are very few and far between, and it's definitely a sight to be cherished if you're not in a hurry as you won't see another in months, if not weeks. Of course, try not to make yourself look too suspicious when staring, lol.
well, in my country, yes, some of the girl love to do that, and some use darker colour undies. maybe at that age they want to attract boys.

Schools don't make schoolgirls wear stuff like that... but they do it nonetheless. Just yesterday there was this article on the news about some teachers telling schoolgirls to go back home and put some decent clothing. It was about short tight tops that left bellybuttons and tummys on plain sight... that and pants that were a little too low.
Alas shirts at our school and probably most high schools in the UK are see through like that.... You can't ever wear colored bra's when wearing a school shirt, unless you wear a top under the shirt, like alot of us did.

I only started to notice it in the past year. But almost EVERYONE I can see through their top. It makes me wonder how girls go out in public but they must be used to it.
At least I want to see a lot of that, it's not common here in our place 'cause that kind of wear is just prohibited in the University I'm studying at. Who would've guessed that my University is one of the largest Catholic University and that sux and heck, they have the right to put up prohibition on us college students.
in my highshool, yeah, girls shirts are quite thin, but the uniform includes vest outside. once school ends, boys takes off their necktie, girls takes off their vests.
