You is being preferring a desk view like this or a view of nice girls or boys walking by all day? Via Neta.
Quad screens plus a beach view = nice
affirmative
affirmitive 3rd. hopefully it's a nude beach where all the high school girls go no?
beach front desk view FTW.
affirmative 4th...
My view is of a major street with cars whizzing by. This actually helps me to hurry up and work hard, whereas I probably wouldnt find the motivation to get anything done with a beach out there. If I could hit a button and see this scene after I made a big sale to help me relax.. then I would be all for it.
YES!!
Sure thing.
I'd love to have a view like that with all those computer monitors. One screen for anime, one for Dannychoo.com, one for file transfers, one for figure sites, the list goes on. I assume its on the Beach, so you get that added view in the summer if you know where I'm getting at. I wonder if those are "privacy" windows, I mean while people might be out looking for Dolphins, you surely don't want them to catch you with your own Dolphin.
.... I can't pick D: Well... even though I love this view and would take it ANY day, I think I would prefer a view of the city... A good looking, nice part of the city, that is.
the beach view from this pic and the city view from behind the camera...
Does the "you is being" beginning to your sentences come from somewhere? Obviously it's on purpose because your grammar is usually pretty impeccable. ^^;
Have no idea when I is being infected with this form of speech.
too much LOLcats? XD
Could it be due to Japanese grammar?
そうかもしれないでもない。
へええ.. はい, はい. ^^
まじっすか?!なんとなく妙な英語時々使わなきゃか?
俺は英語めちゃめちゃだ。それから日本語が易いだ。 I personally have a hard time with English period. I misplace my verbs all the time in speech and do ellipsis and no one understands me. Also English is my native language, Nihongo my second and feels better in my head as speech.
What you say?!
I see what you did there... XD @chun http://icanhascheezburger.com/2007/01/26/i-see-what-you-did-there/
Ronald dahl's The BFG use the same kind of grammer.
Groundlevel view of the city over a beach, but a beach over a 25th floor office or something. I hate being lonely while working. My current job, I may go 3 hours only seeing another person 4 or 5 times, and talking about twice. At least seeing people is better than nothing.
wow what king job are you doing? im hoping to get into a network engineer career.
I don't interact with anybody at all while I work. The only way I "interact" with anyone is via IMs, emails, and chat rooms (all work related). It does get lonely sometimes, but I listen to a talk radio show during the day and I head outside for lunch to interact with some human beings during the day. It actually does help.
Watching the sea and other forms of nature and finding lost inspiration is a dream for me. Seeing too many humans leave me annoyed, especially when people don't communicate with each other: The higher concentration of people, the less wish for interaction. Sounds kinda self-centered and selfish, but it is so. And watching people going on with their daily lives can easily turn into unwanted but instantaneous peeping or stalking so no thanks. Hmmm... I'm really sounding like Mr. Despair (aka Pink Supervisor) now; no, in fact, I always have been like that (my cold side).
You and I are in the same boat, D-Blade. I'd take a nice nature view over a city any day.
Me too, but I'd like to ensure the availability of truly unlimited broadband internet first.. ^^
here here...
And when I say self-centered and selfish, I am not talking about talking myself but rather the mindset in which we are all formatted to.
While I wouldn't say I'd pick a nature view over a city view, I have to agree that watching many humans everyday can get annoying, especially when those humans are incompetent. (I hate incompetent humans) Another not-so-deep reason for wanting isolation (for me) would be the noise ^^; Can't stand it when it gets too noisy.
preach it brother!!! PREACH IT!!!
Shall I read your mind then? Or shall I tell the story of the Heartless King?
Thanks Koji, but I know what having a heart means already.
Beach view over a damn high level view over a ground view any day. And yes, "you is" has been around a long time, to answer the question of the fellow reader above. Probably ?Chan based.
I'd like a desk with a lot of toys on it :P I like the desk view you featured ^^ a view with people walking around outside = cannot control who looks in or who passes by LOL
mesa is enjoying a beach view with pretty girls in leaf bikinis walking by
I would love to have a view like that. Its kind of soothing to the mind when looking at that view...especially at night or sunrise. Besides...I could always use those extra monitors to view 2d girls. XD
Wow sexcellent workplace. Yea but I agree with some other members that pretty girls in bikinis running away would be even better as well XD. But then, facing 9 screens everyday seems a little bad for the eyes isn't it?
Oops mistake "ruuning about" not "running away"
"Running away" is alot funnier. :D
running away... hmm... running away from what???
The guy waxing his dolphin in public while following bikini clad school girls?
That;s a nice view ^^
It would be cool at first, but like everything else in the world it would get old after a few months.
Humans can get bored even with the things they seem to like the most, eh? It just depends on how you see the world. If you see as boring then it will definitely will be (at least for you).
I guess we humans tend to take things for granted once we have it for too long. But that's just natural human behavior, aye?
aye!!!
Honestly, I'd rather be in this office rather than one where you see cute school girls pass by all day long.
Argh ! too bright ! Me cannot see screen, me being vampire, me only like DARKNESS gnarf gnarf gnarf !
You'd melt otherwise? "No, not the curtains, don't open the curtains!!"
Yup, too much sunlight. It's sleep inducing properties are too tempting.
But is it true that being in front of the computer in complete darkness can make you sleepy as well?
Any desk view with a beautiful scenery would be ideal. Doesn't have to be the beach. Don't really like seeing buildings all around the whole time. I wouldn't mind my desk view to be just outside an all girls high school though ^^.
Could be scary at night if that place has not curtains or blinds. Also, how could one wax da dolphin in front of computer if there is risk of someone looking in?
LOL I wonder what does your wife think of your dolphin waxing remarks LOL
Wonder if she read the recent comments going on here as well. Danny, you've said once that she does read them with a passion? Now let us know how she feels about the usual comments given by the community. ^^
It also makes me curious. ^^
Me too ^^
me three... c'mon people join in the fun... we'll make danny spill the beans!!!
I know right? Danny we're gonna tell on you!
LOL?
Waxing the dolphin at work? Brrrr... Nothing is better than doing it at home... I guess?
That's why I'd want a view from high in a building, otherwise all those screens would go to waste!
If I had to conduct my "business" in that room, I'd tint the glass. I had a friend whose computer area was surrounded by glass, but it was tinted so no one could see inside. I never touched his computer though as I didn't buy his reasoning for getting his glass tinted because of "the sun".
I'll be thankful for blinds. lol *Enjoying ocean vicariously through my computer monitor now.* :]
that is one killer view...the beach...multiple display monitors or synced all together?? both? either way....epic view....epic
I'd love to work there, or maybe I would only relax and not work :)
Nice view there, could really need to tidy up those wires hanging at the back. i don't like messy spaces.
Target Acquired. Yes, this is very nice indeed. I'd rather not have people walking by all day long, since it cam be distracting, and also makes you seem creepy. on my college campus one of the faculty's office has a giant viewing window pointed right at the street, and the guy's desk is set right up against it. We wave at the guy if he's in while we're walking by but we're all a bit creeped out by him. lol
that's a beautiful view and i would love to have that kind of view. a view of the city is fine too ^___________^
Wow...he's looking into the stockmarket very closely. Must be a broker or stock analyst.
Depends on what they're wearing, really. But, I'd probably be too busy working to care what's outside - workaholic, here. ^^
I don't think I'd care whether I get a view or not ^^; I'm not usually a person to enjoy views, and the only view I enjoy is the sky. And we all know you can see the sky from anywhere. ...right?
Comp and beach.....Nice combination!!!!!
I'd rather see a city...I'm afraid of so much water.
I prefer the scenic views ^^ working hard invites more stress, so we should choose the 'calming' view :) Well, nice girls or boys walking around maybe a calming view too for some people... :D
add in some dolphins maybe a mermaid and a couple of extra pairs of eyes for all those monitors....
Either would be fine by me~
yes i like the beach view in the picture above..BUT its lacking something, girls in bikinis walkin on the beach. so in conclusion, i like a desk view of the beach with many cute bikini girls in it
It's by far then what i got at work - a flatt wall behind my screens! -.- And to the right a huge ass window which shows a street on the bottom and then right another building... ha... waste of glass. I wouldn't mind a lively outside with a nice view. But then the glass should keep views to "from-in-to-out-only" and the noise out. ^^
I'd choose the beach, love to be at the ocean and the view is grat :D
That spot will soon be known for its stress-relieving purposes.
I'd just like some kind of window view period. I have a small enclosed cube shoved away from all windows. Kind of grey and sad.
I'll take this, plus nice girls walking by on the beach all day XD
Can one have both? :3
who says one can't???
WTF! thats the tra
