Recently discovered a nice Korean restaurant around the corner who do a great value lunch set - 790 yen for everything you see on the camera side of the table - T'was my lunch today.
Tokyo does have its fair share of Korean food but not as much as I saw in Los Angeles.

You is having good cheap Korean food in your region?

Pricey. It's like $2 for a 100 gms. of kimchi around where I am. Spicey fermented vegetables shouldn't cost that much.

not into Korean food since I'm not good with spicy food... although Mint and Wasabi is my strong point, oddly enough...

The one I had is a little bit pricey. A lunch set cost around S$9.00, and no drinks!! and the portion isn't really much =/

If the set really consist everything on the table (except the north end), wow indeed ( > _ < );

Where I live now, there is no Korean restaurant, but when I was still in Kingsford, I used to eat in a Korean restaurant near UNSW.
Their steamed chicken was tasty.. slurp, oh, but steamed chicken isn't Korean food, is it? ^^

MMM. bibimbap is my favourite korean delicacy. bibimbap costs around RM15(around USD4.60) at the cheapest here, so that isn't that cheap at all. but it does come with those side dishes that are refillable, so it's still quite worth it.

If you want to see lots of Korean restaurant, you need to go to Shin Okubo. Shin Okubo is literally a Korea town in Japan, there are many Korean restaurants due to many Korean inns and students living there.

To get there, simply take Yamanote Line train and get off at Shin Okubo station, which is close to Shibuya and Shinjuku station. Upon exit(there's only one exit for this station), turn right and you will start to see many Korean restaurants.

I might have a decent korean food restaurant in my area, but I've never really checked. Yet there is a Bobba(?) Cafe across the street from my school.I usually buy chicken and rice from there.

Have you been to that korean yakiniku place in odaiba DECKS? It overlooks the rainbow bridge, is really nicely done out and has space age tablet screens for menus!

Ive been there twice - really nice place.

You pay for that view though.... :-/

Unfortunately I hate Cabbage, hence I am unwilling to eat Kimchi (I've tried it, just not going to bother again). BUT, Kimchi is not the ONLY Korean food of course, and there is an AWESOME Korean/Japanese restaurant here in the D.C. area. Unfortunately it is clear on the flip side of the city for me, making it roughly an hour and a half away, but... One of the best sushi available, and then on top of that the Korean meat dishes are very nice indeed. $25.00 USD for "all-you-can-eat" sushi and Korean. Damn, I should go back there soon.

Many good (and some just alright) Korean places in and around the night market. I eat lunch at one of them at least every other day.

That hot stone bowl dish is one of my favorites, but Danny's looks tastier. :(

And i don't have any housewife skills.

Gotta blame the colonialists (who may have been missing home so much they called certain cities of the New World the same as their homeland ones).
