It's necessary to maintain health, no? Some train very hard to do so with several workouts a day (morning, afternoon, night), which helps one's heart, blood circulation and strengthens the arm muscles, making ultra fast punches possible. It even helps hearing if one doesn't live alone. But still, too much and u might strain a muscle or even break a bone.
Keep yourself healthy, with eroge!!! ^_^
