AIR has left me with less feelings, except for the last part, obviously. Mai, Shiori, Naiyuki... Yup, more Kanon figures would be welcome. ^^
In defence of AIR. i would like to point out a few touching parts. 1.in the clinic when Kano went into a trance like state again. 2. Michiru's (an illusion) departure. 3. The part where Kanna met her momo again. 4. Yukito wishing for a miracle. 5. The drama in the finale of course. Though i would also add that the story might seem disjointed compared to Kanon(2006) and CLANNAD it is still quite good nonetheless.(Possibly because it was Kyoani's first attempt at an eroge adaptation)

nice defense Setsuna. When you haven't watched Air in a long time, you tend to mostly remember the ending. When you really think about it, Air had tons of touching moments too. You can't forget the part when Yukito is remembering words of his mother which explains what's happening to Misuzu. Also, the part when Misuzu's dad is walking off with her and she runs crying back to her mother. Kanon and Air were so well written~
i don't really like the story of AIR, it's kinda strange
I like Clannad and Kanon more than AIR. I always felt like a suffocating feeling from the series. I always thought it didn't match the name and it should have been more refreshing to watch like Sola.
Yup, AIR, Kanon and CLANNAD all revolved around dreams... And AIR was a weird one.
Oh, by the way, my favorite characters in the series is the main girl as well as the doggie named Potato ("Piro, piro~")

Same here. Anime and videogames makers sure know how to convey feelings and make us react with simple emotions such as joy, sadness, frustration and anger sometimes.
I had quite a few good looking figures... but unfortunately, during my last major home shift, my precious box of figures got squashed and all my dear "ladies" were destroyed T_T Since then, I have never bought a new figure yet..

if you want to watch Kanon though, you should watch the 2006 edition by Kyoani.
Kanon is a must watch!! Lovely series with that'll set you on an emotional roller-coaster (Just did a review of the series on my blog about 3 days ago, might want to take a look for those interested). Can't wait for my pre-ordered Makoto to arrive, and good thing I bought the Ayu one when in Japan. All I need now is Mai, Shiori and Nayuki to complete the set! Danny quick rush Max Factory to make them!! Especially Mai!!

My favorite character from Kanon... tsundere loli anyone? Anyways, before I started watching Kodomo no Jikan I thought that this one Rin figure was Makoto. I know they're different, but I only watched Kanon once, and it was the first version... :P

Talking about animes with cute girls, I just don't understand why animes always start with very ecchi and cute scenes but as it approches the ending, the story turn really bad that sometimes make me feel sad. And this is sometime the cause for me to stop watching them.

So glad I price ordered mine 4 months in advance and got mine XD Makoto got quite rare and fast. Someone above said Makoto is cute at time...NO SHES CUTE ALL THE TIME! I cried so hard if people saw me they'd think someone close to me IRL just died.
