99.9% of the time i see this sort of thing, i'd definitely say no, but in this rare case i may say yes. He's not ugly, and I'd definitely want other people with me as witnesses..backup..whatever. Of course he may be fishing for a certain audience.
I saw that guy on both of the 2 times i went to Harajuku in December/ Jan. I had my photo taken with him, because i was co-erced to by my friend. She thought he was 'cute'. Egh...
