Due out next June is this ToysWorks figure of Claire from Claymore. 1/8 scale and retails for 5,800 yen. I personally prefer the previous version.

Yeah, her face looks so different from the original... Really an alternative design for Claire. I prefer the previous one too for the face but I like the rest for this one.
I don't think it's the face. It's the hair that is too bright.

well agreed, not very clare-like han-jin han-yoma have usually pale looking face and their hair should be silvery, with silvery eyes. this version of clare is most probably when she took those pills to disguise her han-yoma attributes, and so explains her colored hair and eyes honestly, i wont be most happy, if they come out with a fully(half) awaken clare, with those horse-like legs and those many awesome tentacles. i am a huge claymore fan but not sure if i am going to get this though
i will really love to see a decent clare figure but sadly this isn't it. in fact the megahouse one is also not up to my expectations... :-(

That looks better to me, but I till wouldn't get it ^^ The face looks a lot better in the older verion though

Most definitely prefer the first version just to bad I can't find one that isn't a knock off or freaking expensive.

The only figure I have from toysworks is also the only leaning figure I have, so I will stay away just because of that. Also, the previous Claire figure really does look a lot better

The pose is the only I like. Alsom the body is okay, but the face is really odd, don`t resemble Claire. A shame.
