Another Manga makes to anime - this time its Soul Eater by BONES. The UI of the Official site is terrible though - click on "character" and then the yellow names on the left to see the characters. When you go through to a character page, there is a link at the bottom of the page under the spinning face that takes you back to the character list. Will let you know as soon as there is a trailer online. Soul Eater goes on air 7th of April. Me is expecting much after Darker than Black.

I agree danny, Bones is one of my favorite studios and after series like eureka seven and darker than black this one will also get on my must-watch list.

don't expect too much danny, I've read a few volumes of the manga, there's plenty of fanservice if you're interested XP

Fanservice? No kidding man. I read all the volumes and didn't really notice any fanservice. I think this anime is very good for lolicon.

the first manga is fan service... However most of the other showed limited amounts of it, imo. I really don't see this manga as loli (unless you see Naruto as loli). Honestly, I am sorta hesitant about the release of an anime... I am hoping they got good VAs for the characters...

Truly speaking...I dont find the story interesting (where did i stopped on the mange? 6 or 8?) more feels of Bleach+ Naruto?!?!? hmmm...maybe my sense is wrong? Anyway, this would not be in my watch list....maybe...

I read up to the most recent volume and wat i can said about the manga is it havent reach the main objective of the story! It is like the story just proceed around 40% and now they want to make it an anime! I think we can just skip this anime since it will be just some crap story in it since the original one hardly even tells u anything yet (too many thing remain mystery), the studio will gonna make up story themselves (which sucks a lot)!

thought the underlying objective of Soul Eater is to get the Death Scythe-status for the weapon... I mean, as the story progressed, the main object went sorta from creating the ultimate weapon for your school principal from hunt down the witches who are plotting something...

I'd have to agree, BONES is going REALLY great with Eureka 7 and Darker than Black, so I'm going to give this one a peek once it comes out.

It's somewhat a chibi version of D.Gray-Man. Instead of exorcist, the main character is shinigami and kicking bad guys asses. I like how the author draw the environment and the characters are distinguishable from other action-ecchi series. Storyline also not very confusing (character spells out 1 random-unique-and-doesnt-have-meaning-until-10-volumes-later word) or very shallow (character trips on boob or slash and hack then move on)

I have the manga, but there is no time for reading right now, better read it before the anime starts to see if its worth watching. Danny, I've just finished watching Darker than Black (5am) and I have to say that its was great, specially after watching the the annoying end of Code Geass, I want more =P.
