Akiba Hobby has more pics in his review of Tosaka Rin. The face didnt turn out as I expected so probably wont be getting this one. Nice pantsu though. Any takers?

I think revoltech just use the same face model that they have.... the face expression is almost the same as mine Revoltech's Ayanami Rei Lucky Rin isnt my favorite character

Hmm, her face could have been much worse, but she sure seems a bit vapid and not very like the original Rin. Close but no cigar. Sad, very sad.

Looks fine, there are some flaws in the fraulien revoltech design though. I have the rei one and her back keeps falling off, almost as if they forgot to glue on :P
Not to sound overly creepy (ok, fine, so I'm a creepy old guy) ...but one of Rin's features I enjoy is her legs... and something about those knee joints just bugs me. Her face, not so much - it's a pretty good match for the style that the Sabre Revoltech came in, IMHO.

is this Fraulein Revoltech's sickness? a design flaw and parts falling off? the first time i saw Fraulein Revoltech, i drooled at the poses that we can do with it but seeing the design flaw is giving me the hesitation to buy one ^^;;; has GoodSmile's Figma series have been released? any reviews on it? ^^

Nothing too weird about her face. For a figure that hits you around USD18 to USD22, I think the quality is just decent and acceptable. But hey, at least it ain't Q Joy. This one is still in my buy list.
I think you're nickpicking it too much Danny, it's better than I though it will be... though I would rather have her smile... but that's not Rin :P

Revoltech figures don't convice at all..
The face isn't that bad I suppose, but the neck joint is certainly rather dodgy. I personally quite like Revoltech figures but methinks I'll be giving this one a miss as well. Looks like it'll just be Rei then...

Yeah from what I've seen it seems like Revoltech should just stick with their mecha. Posable human figures rarely look very good unless they have armor or something on to disguise the joints better.
I haven't watch Fate Stay Night but I love this girl's outfit.
