UPDATE: Adding the video that member Jira posted. The artist lost both of his arms in a traffic accident and picked up drawing through rehabilitation. He currently draws with his mouth.Was looking at member Tragic comedy's site and spotted a banner for Kotobuki HP. I click through and wow. The girls are absolutely gorgeous - more in the Kotobuki HP gallery. Images are larger than displayed on his page - this one was 1280 x 784px.

They're a monk's prayer bead thingys. Not being an expert, I dont know the proper term for them, but that's what they look like
