Oh MacGyver, what have you become? Nah I'm just kidding, they both suck. Sci-fi in general has never been my bag. If it's fantastical sci-fi like time travel or sliding or something I can handle it, but whenever they take some rubber headed supposed space aliens or some gibberish trying to resemble real science it makes me embarrassed to be watching/reading it. If I want fiction, I want total fiction, not something that attempts to take a stab at science that the writer(s) probably don't even comprehend the basis of. I was forced by a friend to watch Doctor Who last year, though, and surprisingly liked it a lot. That's probably because it doesn't take itself seriously.
