Thats the PromoVideo (PV) for the show, the gals are most probably some of those who went for the audition, the last gal in the PV is the one who clinch the role, I prefer her hairstyle in the PV to the that in the actual show. I think I uploaded a similar PV with Chinese Subs on Youtube as well :P
