Welp, Düsseldorf has a little Tokyo, so that would be a good start, exspecialy around the Japan Day when the Rheinufer Promenade is in matsuri mode lol, not to mention the NaNiWa... *drool* (Noodlesoup and Sushi restaurant - actually well known and a big hit among german anime fans) waiwaiwai~ (^ω^)
