In Japan, they don't encourage you not to smoke. Instead, they encourage you to smoke with manners which is basically "don't walk and smoke at the same time", "don't throw your stub on the floor." I guess so - I always smoke weed when I'm in Japan. Due to the millions of people on the street and the fact that the whole country seems to be drunk after 9:30, it's quite easy to get away with. What better a place to get proper stoned than downtown Tokyo???

This is a great idea. The smokers in my area are so inconsiderate, they leave there butts everywhere, and dont care about littering in other peoples yard/car/bus/work/driveway/cereal bowl. Maids are used to promote everything!

I am never ever going to smoke in my ENTIRE life, It freaking kills you, I don't understand people smoking except being all cool and relieving stress. Hell don't smoke to relieve stress, mastubation is a WAY better solution.

correct me if i am wrong but when i was in japan i swear that i saw smoking boxes where smokers gather to choke themselves on cigarettes instead of choking others.(and they had cigarette vending machines in those boxes as well!)
i don't smoke. a box of cigarette aren't cheap in singapore. it cost around 777YEn (US6.85).
