How you Spend Your Weekends

(Music(31)

Here in the Philippines, most companies and offices operations are from Mondays to Fridays which means no work on Saturdays and Sundays, but I guess that also work with the other countries. I love weekends and I cherish them like Pizza Huts! Just wanna know from you guys, what keeps otaku busy during weekends? How do you spend it after school or work? Is it just the same day during weekdays? For my part just like an ordinary anime otaku, after a long grueling week of work, I see to myself that I'm refreshed by watching anime marathons of any kind.

Image from Lucky Star! Shiraishi gone berserk against Kogami-chan! I just remember myself gone mad in front of my superior after she asked me to do something I just happen to realized stupid! XDD

Weekends tend to be busier for me sometimes. Autocross event this last weekend Italian car show next weekend. Most likely will also be learning how to reload ammo next week as well. No weekends are just as busy if not more so than regular days it's just at least the things that are going on are more fun than work.

for work, I have days off on random choosing. But usually its tuesdays and sundays that I have off, the rest are filled with classes/work/studies. For my leisure time are mostly spent on gunpla making, watching anime, reading manga, and learning kanji.

Sigh... working on weekends... but I do get 3 days off Wed-Fri. So that's fun. Everyone else is working and I'm off :) But my poor poor weekend...

I usually try to catch up on anime, games and reading on those days. Or watch movies in theatres if anything good is out, like Max Payne in a couple of weeks. And sometimes go out to dinner. Also hanging out at DC.com all day long LOL

I work on Saturdays and Sundays, but I'm free to goof off on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I just stay home and work on my kits, or go to my grandparents house and cook for them. I also let my guinea pigs run around the house when I'm there. They follow me around when I'm cleaning the house, but once they see the vacuum they quickly hide under my bed.

Other than that I go to Japantown Center to buy some stuff.

Your local Otaku Cashier.
I tend to work on Saturdays at a grocery store, since those kinds of places are open every day of the week, and poor saps who need money (i.e. me) give up parts of their weekend to do so. As for sunday, I sleep all day and get up late afternoon/early evening then proceed to watch anime till around 4 in the morning on monday.

At the moment, I work full time and that means a Monday-Friday week of work. If I am able to, I'll play games, draw and watch a few eps of anime in the week. The weekends are best for me, I tend to clean, do art, reading, writing, play with figures, play games, watch anime. Only if my firends aren't free then I'll be having an Otaku weekend, otherwise I'll go out ^^

I spend the weekends at home watching tv, using the pc.. That's about it.

But I do a lot of things when I am using the computer, play games, surf the internet, read fics, read about computer hardware stuff, visit dannychoo, find about ongoing anime..

Weekends are for rest... hahaha, some of them! Well, Saturdays may be visiting Akihabara, buying some computer parts or some figures or some PS3 games (japanese versions or imported from USA). Sundays in the morning are online sessions of PS3 (Burnout Paradise, Battlefield) or Guitar Hero sessions ^^v
This next Saturday will be different: Tokyo Game Show!! I'll be waiting for one year for going there!!!

Weekends are spent on de-stressing myself and sleep. When I am awake, however, its spent on homework and studying. The weird thing about my program is that they love to give midterms every week or something... kind of dilutes the meaning of midterm...

I usually spend the beginning of the weekend sleeping in and de-stressing. Then I goof off for most of the day before getting back to work on homework. Sunday is church followed by homework, and anime depending on time.

These past few weeks though, it's been waking up early and doing work.

I work full-time on Saturdays and have Sundays free (week days are shared between part-time hours and college), but I realized most people don't like working on weekends and I could take advantage of that. Now I'm looking for jobs who'll take me in Fridays till Sundays and make some monies to buy more anime.
