I hope this is a staple of "Concentrated Technology" or else it is a nice scam.
However, I'm tempted to go for the second choice, obviously and sadly.

And this apparently costs around 170 dollars.... the profit margin must be quite frightening,

Who spends that on a console with a limited number of games... it's mad! You could buy a DS for that rather. ~-~

Some might think its cute aside from being cheap...Not to be prejudice here but what do you expect from china??? cheap goods, cheap labor, cheap quality, with no business ethics at all, likes to cut corners for extra profit for the sake of get me rich quick. If they could make a clone out of a person for 1/4 the cost or less, they would definitely make one to market. How can these people sleep??? aside from the fact they export toxic toys here in the US, what else is new??? Nintendo should slapped these copycat companies with muti million dollar lawsuits.

When you will see China take over the world and having improved self so much you can't recognize it (it has much begun already), you'll regret having uttered those words. Don't blame me, this is reality.

lol, i know you meant no offence, but you talk about Chinese goods and toys being toxic, but most people fail to realize its the American companies that are exploiting the cheap labor to make a quick profit, and the media like CNN loves to blow things out of proportions, exactly how many tens of thousands of kids have died of lead poisoning from licking their toys? Only a few cases of dumb parents not supervising their kids and all of a sudden the media makes it seem like a whole country is evil. The fact is that almost 90% of things they sell in giant American retailers like Walmart are made in China, the North American economy base would crumble if not for cheap goods/labor and immigrant labor force from developing countries.
