Brothers and sisters

I'm on decent terms with my three sisters.  (Well, two stepsisters.)  But we don't spend much time together, everyone's busy.

I have 2 younger sisters, We are on good terms, We talk occasionally and hangout (rarely though). Its just we have our own friends. However, my 2 younger sisters are inseparable, they hangout together, share the same friends, despite being 3 years apart in age.

All those otaku with imouto moe fetish... let me tell you a real sister is nothing like that. In fact, if you really had one you would most likely hate your little sibling to the point you want to strangle her on the spot.

I have an older brother and we're very good pals. He's a very casual anime fan, and only watches two or three shows, but we can enjoy various anime I show him, even when it's not his cup of tea. I think it's great to have a sibling at least just to give each other crap.

He's also very cool with me liking yaoi. Although it's most probably him avoiding my yaoi section like plague than acceptance.

i hv a lil'bro,we were living together until i graduate high school n went to college in japan. we used to play games together,watched anime,etc.both of us love music,game,anime n manga(yeah he affected by me)n sometime we hangout together to buy new manga or games^^

I have a sister 10 years younger than me, Im going to be 21 in October, so its a big gap in age. Our relationship can be described as being something inbetween the kind of relationship kyon and his sister have and the relationship the Hiiragi twins from lucky star have with their older sisters. In short we get along well. We don't normally have any real fights, she likes to read a lot on the couch and I usually just fall asleep next to her or with my head on her lap. She's pretty good at waking me up to go to school in the evening.

I've got 5 older brothers, thing is the one before me is 20 years older than I am.  I'm actually closer to my nephews and nieces. :P I often get mistaken for being a kid of the eldest one.

I have a sister about 4-5 years younger than me.  We get along fine, if we "get" at all.  I don't recall spending just a vast amount of time with her when we were younger, though I'm sure we played together; barbies or something.  I think I was mostly a loner.  We don't really talk either.  We're completely different people, so I guess it's hard to find things to talk about  (I was the nerd, she was the jock).  She has been talking to me some lately, to complain about our parents, or about school.  I had to go through a lot of what she's going through with them now, so I'm able to give her some advice.  We talked for about an hour and a half today, but I probably hadn't talked to her for a month or two before that.  So when we do talk (though it's rare) we talk for a good while.  

I'd always wanted an older brother though.  Just about all of my friends had older siblings, so I think I was kind of jealous.

I have 2 younger sisters (yes I'm the eldest) they're both taller and darker than I am :P
my kid sis is 14 years younger than me so we totally have a generation gap ^^; our middle sis is 3 years younger than me and she's a teacher :P

I've got a brother around two/two and a half years older than me. Or did. Now he's in college, anyway. We had an okay relationship, though maybe a bit shaky. I think that relationship got a lot better when converted me to the dark side... I mean when I became an otaku. 
Anybody else here who was referred to anime/manga by a sibling/referred a sibling to anime/manga?
Or am I just weird? D:

I have 4 older brothers ^^;;;;(the oldest is actually adopted but my nii-san nonetheless). And a brat which I guess you could call my little sister.

Being the youngest of 4 boys meant I was the punching bag of the family, but I'd like to think I held my own XD

I get on with one of my brothers the most. He's been more like a best friend and a father ^^

I have a younger sister and brother, 3.5 and 7 years respectively. I get along better with my sister in general, but I'm slowly starting to talk to my brother more. That's mainly because of what happened this summer - my sister and mother began watching T- and J-dramas together, so I made a preemptive strike and converted my little brother to anime before he went with dramas. ^^; He'd been converted enough for me to bring him to a convention back in August.

I have a younger brother, and my relation with him can`t be better. My parents was always working, so I can say I raise my bro. Maybe we are diffrent in many thing like personality or tastes,(well, he is also very freak, and a machine in shoot em`ups games)and have few quarrels in past, but know he is living outside we conserve the contact and talking about everything that happens to us. For me, to have a brother is one of my most valued treasures in live!

I have an older brother by 2 years.  We used to play video games and do lots of stuffs together when we were young but not much anymore.  We still go watch some movies together sometimes but when at home, he goes into his room and I stay my room etc.  Just gotta be that way as you get older I guess.

As kids we fought a lot but, now we understand each other. He works a lot so, I don't see him much. When I get to see him, we'll often play Xbox, play guitar, chat... a bit atypical,I guess XD

I have a older sister and a younger brother.  The funny thing is, our relationship is pretty much like the Minami sisters.  My sister is the kind of person everyone thinks so highly of, when in reality she's a lazy person.  I'm always picking on my brother, even though he does sometimes outsmart me... >.>;;

I have one TWIN sister and one younger (5 years) brother :D

until my brother reach age 14, we are less argue now, because most of it he doing some stupid thing...well, lucky now he is more respect me since my knowledge of PC is more than him...i can uninstall games of his PC anytime if he is picking me up *evil grin.

I had 3 younger brothera. I'm the eldest. My relationship with them is as typical as usual. We get along pretty well. I'd say I lived a good life with my brothers around and not to brag here but I'll do everything for them. I'm the eldest so I have to bare responsibility.

I have a younger brother. He's two years younger than me and we don't really talk since he left the house. I work and go to class, he does the same. I work weekends, he doesn't. He's into Computer science and Electrical Engineering. While I am into Physics and Japanese/Linguistics. Also being a Otaku does create tension (Showing Haruhi then he shows me Heros), and his talk of various computer topics are interesting if on a stimulant or drunk.

Yeah, equally intelligent, but in slightly different fields.
