Have no idea how warm these get but the manufacturer thinks they are good enough to sell.
1,980 yen for the foot warmer, 1,580 yen for the blanket. Any takers? I'll take the foot warmer as my feet get bloody cold at times ^^;

My computer runs hot under heavy load, so all I have to do is play a graphic heavy game and it'll heat up the whole room. No need for warmers.

that's not a good thing I hope you know ^_^;

I'd too take the foot warmer, especially since winter here in Canada (and I'm sure anywhere else that it snows) can bring many cold days sitting in front of the monitor. It interesting, I'll give it that :p

hehe, man, you might as well take down all the fans of CPU and graphic card, then your machine will probably become a heater, nice idea, huh?

I've heard some guy put a powerbook on his lap for 6 hours straight on the plane. He got a second-degree burn on his lap when he tried to get up...

So get 1 of those PowerBooks (or the newer Macbook Pros) and you will never need that blanket.

Hell, I'll take ten of those damn footwarmers. 5 on each foot! My feet are freezing sometimes...

Ohio can get pretty cold in the late fall and winter. A USB Blanket would be nice for when I'm in front of my computer watching anime these cold winter nights.

I would definitely take the foot warmers. That's the only part of my body that regularly gets cold when I'm at my computer, and I hate putting blankets on the floor or wearing socks when I'm inside.

This is stupid.
How much heat can that thing generate from 5V 500mA? That is if it draws the maximum current that your computer allows.

Not to mention that this might damage your motherboard if you use it frequently.

This is also really inefficient. Not only do you have to buy a HUUGE power supply for your computer but the power supply also regulates the power (which the warmer doesn't need) which wastes energy in the form of heat which makes your computer run hotter.

I'll rather buy one that runs from an electrical outlet.

I'm fine seeing as I got a space heater and a ps3 to heat up my room to desert like conditions.

I think they will have to put some 2D loli girls on the blanket before it would be a must have item for me.

Hmmmmmmm....wonder if it would work with my 360?
