My guess would be higurashi (rika), as the motivational poster behind her is one that used slaughter is from higurashi (mion or shion i forget) .

No way can I name everything, but I spot Kyonko, Miku staring at a growing leek, a Saber figure, the dagger Dealbreaker from F/SN, a Tsuyura chibi plushie with what looks to be chibi plushies of Konata, Kagami, and Tsukasa, another chibi plushie of Yuki Nagato (neko style) getting laserbeamed for no apparent reason, and I think I spot Sakura Moutou there in the front.

Yup, Horo it is. Also; Evil Ronald McDonald (Why So Serious?), Marisa and another character from Touhou, Saber, Mika (The legs, at least..), Tama-chan (OPPAI PAD?!), suitcase from Rozen Maiden-desu, Matoi from SZS, the Lovely-tan's from Lucky Star (Tsukasa in a deer suit, so moe.. >.<), Death Note book from duh, Death Note, Watarase Jun from Happiness, Mako-chan (Makoto, Mako-cakes, Baka Kodomo.. etc.), Bat from XXXholic, Kyonko, Nice Boat TV screen, Miku with leek, and the censor used last time by Danny himself, right on those nice big eyes. All the other things, I don't recognise.. Sure has something to do with otaku, so I know around 60-70% only.. >.<
