For those who are new to the site - this is the real meaning of "eyes" that we use around here ^^;
Did you get the meaning of "eyes" when you first joined this site or was you confused for a while? ^^;

I can't remember if it confused me for a while or not... I think the meaning got to me pretty quick at any rate lol. (When people talk about 'nice round eyes' it can't really mean real eyes, even if they are round aswell lol.

I had the same confusion. I've seen "There's something about marry" but it still took me awhile to get the dolphin reference. Which leads me to believe that it is the safest way to refer to the subject.

Sorry Danny, you are probably not the first to use the term. When I was a "wee lad" - another borrowed phrase - we use the same code-speak among laddies so as not to tip off any potential targets within hearing range. That was something like 10~15 yrs ago ^^;;

At first we I joined the site, or rather first visited (since I visited a lot before actually joining), I was a little confused.  But by looking at pictures and putting one and one together, I eventually figured it out.  I think dolphin was a little harder to get, but docking and eyes were almost instant.
