Another Manga series makes it to anime - this time round its Rosario and Vampire which starts to air next Jan. Know nothing about the series but am guessing some fan service will be available.
i like the manga alot, and am looking forward to the anime. though the manga didn't have as much FS is i thought it would... Still, good manga.
yep me too been reading the manga and i gotta say it's not 100% orignal, but the story is great and funny this will be my anime for 2008!
i don't quite remember the story in the manga, but i do remember that there was a lot of fanservice and a weak plot device for this series
Hmmm...~ Seems like some harem comedy again. Some supernatural powers/cosplay, cure girls, short skirts and a crazy guy. My favorite of the bunch as for now is the one with pink hair (and she is blushing. -Got a fetish for blushing girls/female anime characters- Wow).
that happens to be the main character, notice the rosary she's wearing around her neck? hence the name of the anime, i believe the actual name is Rosario + Vampire

Read 2 chapters and it reminds me of Ah My Goddess. Not bad i guess, so im looking forward for the anime.
I like the manga thus far and looking forward to the anime....provided they don't cut out the fanservice like most anime...I know most of the characters except that last one to the far right that looks expressionless, but still managing to instinctively cover up...
For as long as I've had my Akashiya Moka poster on my wall, I've pondered whether this anime would be the next big thing that everyone obsesses over. While it's just a hunch, I guess we'll get to see if my prediction comes true this coming January. What does everyone think on this matter?

Yup, fan service. It about a guy who mistook and enroll in a highschool special for demon (yup you hear ne right school of demons, male scary but female you can pretty much guess) Good series though, looking forward to it

kinda like Mx0, a guy wandered to school filled with mystical monsters disguised as human. He met this girl wearing rosario that if plugged off, can trigger her other personality with power over 9000! Thus, let the fan service... begin!
MxO and Rosario+Vampire do look alittle alike but both are great manga in my opinion... Wished they made MxO anime...

The girl on the right is Shirayuki Mizore 〔白雪みぞれ）who is also a snow demon whose hands turn into giant claws of ice. Shes the stalker type and always has a lollipop dangling from her mouth. I like her over the other girls cause shes not always jumping on the main character in typical harem fashion. Kinda a mixed bag with long monster duels and harem/fan service elements. But with a great cast including Nana Mizuki, i'm definitely eager to see what they did with the anime.
yeaa, so Hinata's voice will be here :0. According to BU, R+V has 10 vols and is on going, but there is a R+V II out already... is this right?
I've noticed that the kind of style that has pink blushes on the knees with white shines on usually indicate a bit of fanservice, if not more lol. The blushing is considered more moe right?
So, another Gonzo production after Dragonaut? Nevertheless, I looking forward to the opening theme by Mizuki Nana.
