Taken at today's Chara Hobby. This will probably be the best figure of Yoko when its finally released by Alter. No release date yet. Detail is awesome.

Heh, I take it you use polymer clay? XD From what little I've been able to find out about what the big figure companies use, they apparently favor a 2-part epoxy known in the states primarily as "green stuff"; it dries by chemical reaction rather than needing to be cured with heat. Then, according to Danny's GSC tour, they make several PVC casts of the original positive, mostly because the PVC is more durable, and so they can send copies to their factories. This is probably either the primer-covered "green stuff" original, or one of the PVC casts.

Can't wait until the finished product is up for pre-ordering. This is on my WANT list like any other Alter figurine because: 1. Figurines and detail are high quality 2. Price isn't that bad for it's quality (comparing for a similar figurine say Kotobukiya? -.-'') 3. Poses are either: Excellent or Epic due to it's unique or difficulty of making the pose actually work (such as figurines that are at an angle but still on only one leg)
