I've seen the black armor stormtroopers here n there but never gotten used to them. Which armor do you prefer? I do prefer Vader in black though ^^; More pics here and thanks to Mark for sending this in.
i like the white stormtrooper more, but black might be more useful in real life battle situations =P
depends really, what if you had to battle in the snow covered planet of Hoth. then again, there are snow troopers as well. ^^;

the white ones tend to look more clean.. but my favorite type of trooper are the snow troopers ^.^ they get capes :D

If i'm right black Storm Trooper are only pilot, isn't it? I saw them only inside Tie Fighters, never saw them operating on foot ...^^

black doesn't look nice if photographed without adequate light.
Although the black armored trooper looks menacing, there's a sense of nostalgia when you see the classical white storm trooper. Just remembering the sand troopers on Tatooine makes you want to pull out the old collection, and watch away.
