No, it's an original figure from the "Shuraki" line which is a collaboration between GSC and RED Entertainment. The figures in the line come with a sort of artbook and drama CD for their story.
That isn't fair, I want to see her in an anime... (Is hit once again by the reality that figures/anime aren't real.. waaah!)
