i dun think so, a good percentage of people watch porn (where do you think the term, "sex sells" comes from). but this actually little to do with the PS3, reading the replys to this, no body mention what was written on the sign, and because i can't read kanji i cannot read the whole thing but the first part just says the keyword, blu-ray. so the store is using the blu-ray compatability that PS3 has to try and sell the PS3 because blu-ray players are still very expensive, and the price for the PS3 is very decent rather then buying a system that can ONLY play blu-ray disks. so the store is uses, "sex sells" to probably get rid of their stock.

Hmm... I'm under the assumption that Japan already has a lot of PS3 in homes and if it was the case, why would someone want to go out and buy another one, especially a newer model lacking bc? I suspect people will be buying the PS3 when MGS releases, but until then, it doesn't seem like Japan will have any interest in the PS3 unless it's price competitively against the Wii.

The new model, ps3 40GB seems to be doing quite well. It outsold the Wii, selling more than 55,000 units the first week it was out. It may have been because of the simultaneous release of the new Dynasty Warriors game. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

They'd sell anything with porn these days. IINM almost half a year back, they tried to sell Windows Vista together with a couple of eroge. If they do this to the Wii (LOL as if porn for Wii exist), it'll probably outsold the PS3 and X360 three times more. XD

I thought Sony already announced that they won't let any porn to be on the Blu-Ray format. Was that just my imagination? Or did they just change their mind to sell the system? FF XIII is still PS3 exclusive right?

IIRC I've seen idol UMD's for the PSP. I'm sure the price drop will be ample enough to bring the ps3 back somewhat, or at least buy some time before the big games come out, like Metal Gear and Final Fantasy.
