Son Stabs Dad

Son Stabs Dad
A man of 31 stabbed his father for turning off the power to a game console during mid play. His father is now critically ill in hospital.
The man said that he got angry after the power was turned off...
The guy must have been *really* into the game he was playing.
Via Itai News.
BTW, I could not find a picture of somebody stabbing his dad so this pic of Yoko Matsugane will have to do instead (sorry.)

The problem nowadays are that older folks dont seem to understand that videogamers spend a lot of time into the ganes. Hours of work would be lost of the power was turned off and you didnt get to save. Its likely that the man was playing an RPG(hence the anger).
But stabbing your own father is a bit excessive!!!! I would have just dented my wall of something.

BTW Danny, that pic did cheer me up!!!!

oh great, what's the world coming to? this man is 31 years old and he still disobeys logic and stabs his father? well, if he's 31, i wonder how old the father is. this is one of those cases that the politicians would love to stretch out of context and use to put more blame on the violence present in video games. what was the guy playing? manhunt 2?

ps. nice picture to lighten up the mood. what the hell was i talking about?

I remember that there was a news on gamers websites some time ago about dude who was making a Chrono Trigger 3d (it looked very, very well on the screenschoots). When he was saying to be in the middle of works, his Dad threw away his HDD cos hes grades got down at school. Well I would go berserk (not to pull a trigger or stab with the knife though) if someone would ruin my work of many years... but just cos he turned the power off? Psyched...

Same thought, 31 yet living with father... Does that mean he could have a chance that his living off his parents?

Theres a reason why the father turned it off. For one, "Turn it off and find yourself a job and a home"....

But I can be completely wrong, but there is a reason why the game console was turned off...

I thought that pic was related to the news at first... >.>

What the hell is with parents, their children and violence those days?!
And a grown-up one on top of that? Must be about a long time NEET/hikkikomori and a radical action to change things.

Any reason is good to stab your parents? I don't think so. But this is another revealing illustration of the intergenerational and societal crisis that is currently haunting Japan.

Sad story that defies reason, but WOO - Yoko Matsugane is one of my all time fave Japanese ladies. Shes not, like 15 (like most gravure models!) and she has the most awesome 'eyes'!
I got a photobook (with DVD) of her from Lammtarra!

Sorry for my ignorance of the matter at hand - i just couldnt resist Yoko n__n

Seriously folks. Don't take game to the heart. It's just a game! Why lose your life to a game? Don't let it consume you and kill yourself. Like Sergeant Major Kururu says "Enjoy your youth."
And if you kill yourself you can't make gunplas anymore ^_^
