Another one we've spoken about but the better pics are up at GoodSmile and Hobby Stock. Dont know much about the game at all. How special is it? Original text from Panther below.Continuing on Danny's Lineage II figure post, GSC has put up an official listing with a better picture of the Human Mystic (or Human Mage) from the game Lineage 2. The detail on her dress and weapon is pretty good, and the quality from this image looks nice too. But I still wonder about the final product. What about you? The price is a little steep too, for a 1/8 figure. Thanks to this post in Figure / GK for the info.

Definitely picking her up to go with my Dark Elf. I really hope they do an Elf in Majestic Robes. /drool The previous Dark Elf wore Apella robes, while this Human Female Mage looks like she's wearing heavily modified Dark Crystal Robes.

Very cool looking figure. Not my kinda thing, altho if I saw her quite cheap I might go for it. I dont like her shiney leg tho.... why is it shiney? The one without the sock-thing? I dont think they've invented shiney stockings or tights, so theres no reason for a shiney leg.... And she is totally cast offable lol

graphics wise, it has one of the more beautiful 3d models out there so naturally, the figures follow the aesthetics. Graphics is the eye-candy of L2....plus for the guys...you can get panchira views :D Unlike warcraft...wow figures aren't so great :/ Game is quite memorable except it's a pain to play at times hehe ^_^;

Danny Will GSC mass produce the Dark Elf for regular retial instead of only selling it through their online shop? Cos its a pita for people from overseas to get it besides the exorbitant price.

The Dark Elf is limited edition, and for the most part its extremely rare to get a hold of the PVC version. So getting a free limited edition figure is quite a gift ^.^

It is increasingly common for figures to appear in resin kit version before making the transition to PVC. As for the difference, resin is harder and is able to hold better details. So if you have painting skills on par with the painters contracted by GSC, you should get a better figure from the resin kit. Looking at the auction price and the location of the seller (HongKong), I'd say it is 99.99% a pirated resin kit. Worse, this seller is showing stock pictures from GSC.

I get my resin from e2046 and they have 35 galleries of the dark elf >.< The one painted by " Truth7th " is certainly unique.
