Fundoshi

A fundoshi is a loincloth usually worn by men - this is the first time I've seen it worn by women.
Do you give your approval for women to wear this in public?

Up and coming trend perhaps? Will young women in Tokyo start just wear cloth around town with no pants, and claim its traditional japanese attire? Cross your fingers.

Women put the "fun" in fundoshi. Nothing wrong with this as long as they lay down a towel on the train seats before they sit down.

More japanese girls should appreciate their heritage and culture and embrace the new roles they have in society by wearing the traditional attire of men... during festivals.

Women are just as free as anyone else. They can do what they want. I imagine most wouldn't however, being aware that they would be visually exploited. ^_~
