yup, it's schoolmate. There was a thread in the hongfire forum for schoolmate mods. Some skins may be found in there, but then hongfire is currently down... And I know I shouldn't really be saying this, but why does nanoha have a glove with Bardiche on it? anyways, back to your regularly scheduled fapping.

Modding on School mate is just breaking a characters file into many files, replacing a certain part and make it a single file again.

This game is damn famous, due to lots of mod available to change the skin of your character. You can check hongfire forum and search for the mods.
