There is a high rate of churn in Japan, of being a pretty young lady who gets her picture taken. Not many last more than a year or two. It's basically like the US career of Model/Actress/Whatever. If ever a daughter of mine got into that line of work I would give her two pieces of advice. 1. Make as much money as quickly as you can, because it won't last. 2. Have some real skills and a back-up career plan.
