Saboten does many varieties of deep fried katsu. Great for picking up after a late night at work.

Katsu is my favorite, I wish it counted as a vegetable.

Saboten take-out are great, but even better are the dine-in restaurants. Rice and cabbage top-ups for free. (It was at least until two years ago, is this still the case?) I used to eat there at least once a week. Nothing like being a "regular" gaijin with all the staff knowing you. ^_^

Anything katsu is extremely delicious... but deep fried is not good for me NEVER, so I try to eat it only as few times a year as possible (I only ate katsu three times this year, I believe).
