I love the design, I want to be a fan but the anime is older than my wife!

does that pose not remind anyone of the pose that the PG Strike is doing on the huge box it comes in.

Except the fact that it was made in 1987 and has had those knives since then >_>

There are two Tamashii Spec toys on the way for Dragonar. This one is based upon the proportions seen in the opening animation (courtesy of Masami Oobari), the other toy is far more faithful to the Okunwara original (even comes with the Cabarrier). It's a good series though, even when it turns weird halfway through with all the Hokuto no Ken stylistic leanings. Anyone else here realising how stupidly influential the Another Century's Episode games have been? First an orgy of Layzner goodness and now this?

the design is great. It does remind me alot of gundam, and thats not a bad thing. Perhaps it was the influence for the design of aile strike? Would get it, but I'm saving up to get the Rebuild of Eva Tamashii Spec.

dragonar came out not long after zeta so if anything, strike is a Dragonar 01 wannabe!

But that's nothing compared to the windam. That was a dead ringer for Dragonar 01 Custom (the upgraded unit for the second half of the show)
