For your otaku viewing pleasure. Filming has begun for Transformers 2 which has been tenatively subtitled "Revenge of the Fallen". In this series of pics, they are filming in the small town of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania disguised as some factory in China. Of all places to depict China, could they choose a location in America with any less Chinese people? I think not. Via TFW2005

Not sure marvin, but Soundwave (the cassette player) is supposedly in it. I'm sure he'll be much more powerful than a walkman though.

they already showed Devastator in the first movie, I think. he was the tank. but yeah, Devastator from G1 would have been cool. ^^

I wonder if they'll revamp soundwave into an Ipod. The thing about soundwave was that he transformed from a miniature cassette player to a giant robot. I don't how convincing that will be in a live-action movie.

devastator was already in the 1st movie remember the tank? although that was the alternative look for devastator i think it was in the armada line or something cause if i'm not mistaken a decade ago or more devastator was turned to a tank (toy)

I loved the Transformers movie! YAY SEQUEL! I know it has a low rate of plot but the action and comedy is great! The action in the last scenes lasted about 45 minutes straight right? Anyways, I'll watch this, I"ve been a Transformers fan since I was small.

Nice pictures. I know they've confirmed Devestator, but are they going to do the lame Armada one bot version, or the six Constructicons version? And will this be a Megatron-less movie? Or will he return in his gun mode?

I'm kinda a huge TF Fan. So here's all the interesting news. Jazz is evidently not dead. The solstice and VA are seen on set. Devestator is confirmed. No dinobots. Wheelie, Jetfire(Blackbird) and other bots confirmed.
