"Mizugi" would be swimsuit in more general terms, but "sukumizu" refers to this particular kind of swimsuit, which, apparently, is used in schools.

OMIGOSH! I've always wanted one of these. And I would TOTALLY wear it. Yesss. Also, super cheap! o_o; I would actually buy myself a new Konata wig [Since it was totally ruined and destroyed by my little cousins during a party while I was gone] and cosplay beach Konata in it!
