Another Girls Bedroom

Another Girls Bedroom
Hijacked from another girl (Tammie) who shows us her bedroom.
Question: Who's looking for a 3D girlfriend who shares the same interests in figures, anime, manga etc? Or would you prefer a girlfriend who has no interest in your hobbies?
OR stay 2D?
BTW, Tammie also has quite a few pics of cute 2D girlies on her blog.

Original text from Tammie below.
My corner of the living room! I have more manga in our room, but I don't know how to post more than one picture, oh well! I can't wait for all of my preorders to come in...then this area will look very cluttered! I don't know what I'll do when that happens, but it's not like I can stop buying figures! Take a look at my blog (linked on my profile) for my preorder list :)

For a female I have way too many eroge figures...not that I'm complaining! I love eroge :3 And the sexier the figure, the better!!!

Just looked through your preorder list, you could get a new cabinet or install new shelves for those figures. Doubt if any of them are really that big, right? Of course, the problem would be if your living room had enough additional space...shelves might be a solution though.

A 3D girlfriend with similar interests would be nice ^^ But I guess those kinds of girls are pretty rare. Would be nice to be able to have a conversation about manga/anime/figures sometimes.

I wish my boyfriend had otaku interests, but you lose some you win some.
And Tammie, I am also always surprised by how many eroge figures I pick out. But every girl needs a little eroge in their life too, (or a lot) ^o^

There might be more girls interested in eroge than I tot, but I guess it also depends on the genre of the eroge. Well always more comfortable to know that more females have similar interest.

When it comes to girlfriends having similar interests is a bonus since it likely means certain parts of your personalities are similar, or you share similar views. Though if they don't, IMO, doesn't mean you can't get along well as long as they accept it. と言う訳で同じ興味を持つ三次元の彼女は欲しいが...そうでもないかも...ひとりでいるのが慣れすぎた所為かな?逆に自由って感じがする

Well, I would love to have a gf with at least one of the interests described, be it either anime, manga, figures or video games. My last girlfriend was a video games freak, but I have yet to see a girl that likes either anime, manga or figures sigh. Would be great to talk about those stuff with the one you love, share same interests and all that.

I guess I should keep on looking =P

as for Danny's question.. hmm, dun really care if we share the same interest or not.. I just hope she appreciate my fetish (right, fetish XD) and it'll be better if she's willing to take parts in some of my fetishes, eg: i want to see my gf cosplaying as a maid XD

i have a 3D girlfriend whose handbags and shoes outnumbered my manga+anime+figure+2D girl collection all add up together...

we are fine as well allow each other room for our own hobbies...(i like to show her sexy naked 2D girl and she doesnt mind a bit - well maybe abit)

and back to the main topic, tammie you have a nice cosy corner with all the esentially well within reach - nice one.

As for the question, I have the experience of dating someone who was an otaku too, and I can say it's pretty good ^^' But the thing is, even we both having so much in common, we couldn't keep the relationship for long... So now I'm just seeking for love, and it doesn't matter if we don't have much in common :3~

I'm not that bothered about having a girlfriend that is an Otaku, or is completely interested in my hobbies. All I ask is for her to be open minded and understanding, and it may even be better if she has her own interests and hobbies. That way it could be even more interesting an experience for myself.

Having a 3d GF who likes anime and 2d girls 2, that would be a dream. It would be funny when she finally wants to stay over night at your house and brings her own Dakimakura with her (^_^). But i guess chances are below 1 %.
Back to the topic: definitely would be nice, but i guess only looking for girls with the exactly the same interests would be good in the beginning, but after sometime one could realize you don´t love the person, only the interests... So otaku gf(from the beginning) appreciated but not recommended.

Nice collection!
Girlfriend? Well, in terms of relationships (whether it be friendship, love, etc.) there has to be a minimum of compatibility and hobbies are a plus, not necessarily a requirement.
The most important there is to share views of life, values, affection and to respect the other's qualities and defaults.
But yes, two people sharing the same interests is quite cool, in my opinion.

By the way guys, my husband has a few figures of his own...but I definitely have more. He also collects things like action figures, the most movable I like my figures are figma. I bought him a Shunya Yamashita figure with interchangeable breasts for Christmas ;)~<3

I think it helps on the relationship front if your SO likes the same stuff you like, otherwise it would be a problem if you have a giant shelf of eroge figures he/she doesn't like!

I can't imagine a guy who wouldn't approve of eroge/scantly clad figures though...

He loves my collection though, we share similar tastes in scantly clad women it seems, hehe :)

Yup!

And of course, it helps if you are with that person for reasons other than shared hobbies. It doesn't really matter to me if he is into that stuff himself, as long as he accepts that I am into it.

i don't mind if the gurl shares the same interest w/ me , as long we're getting along or doing good , then that's it! (and i believe "opposites attracks" the more there's a difference bet the two you , the more challenging for the both of you to work each other out).

It would be nice to have a girl friend with similar interests but then again at the same time, it might not work all together... The question is if the girl will understand my hobbies though >_<

Ut seems that we're just more of a rarity, that's all...

oh btw, I enjoy games, anime *and* figures :) I dig haruhi in special outfits other than her usual uniform. But hey, I do enjoy eroge figures as long as they're really beautiful... case in point is me going nuts over Shunya Yamashita figures XD;; (I still envy my bf's Shunya Rei Ayanami, just for info)

I'm just more inclined towards anime and he tends to gravitate towards games but nonetheless it's fun to have someone to happily throw random lines over the same interest :D
