Gonna have to wait till the weekends till i have time to takes pics of my room. Before that here's a pic of my figures boxes inside my room. It's stacking up fast. Now I'm in an dilemma whether to keep them or throw them away. What do you guys (or the occasional girls) do with your boxes? . .
For now, I try to keep them all, but I begin to have serious space problems ^^; I throwed out the blisters ones (keeping only the backpack) But I begin to think about throwing some ... but it hard >.<
sbebiwan needs to do a full post on all his figures ^^; As for me - throw the boxes away apart from the ones which I will give away soon.

I regret throwing away the actual plastic casing of the figures... I still have the cardboard of the boxes though... I'm going to uni soon though.... and I'll want to bring them with me.... but how will I do it safely now?? Without the original boxy bits?!
I'd keep the boxes just in case I have to rotate the figures( like I have more than one figure to rotate) Lol
I've only recently started my figure collection, and so far I haven't thrown away any of the boxes. It's starting to pile up though, I'll probably throw some boxes away eventually. :/
I also keep all my boxes.. got space issue now :( the boxes use more space than the actual figurine......
I think everyone experience the same dilemma. I decided to throw them away but I keep yamashita's boxes because are so cool and immposible for me to throw them away.
I keep them, since you never know when you want to move them around. Still, I do not have that many figures, it will become a problem indeed. Maybe for some of the larger ones, the boxes might be needed in the future though.
wow - right till the ceiling! i'm starting to face this very problem now. I haven't thrown the cardboard boxes in which they came too. dont feel like throwing the packing. might come in handy while painting the room or moving
I've had to flatten most of my boxes to fix space issues. They've been hitting the roof for a while now and i didnt have room for any more :P
for now i'm keeping the boxes since i'm still prone to moving... at the rate i'm ordering this may become impractical soon... T_T

I keep them. There are boxes like the box of the Gurren Lagann Model Kit (Kotobukiya) that are awesome.
OMg, that kinda looked like my closet. Except I have all the figures in the boxes and therefore must be upright. As for the boxes, I'll keep them.
I currently feel I am underzealous and would probably keep boxes and never reach the point where it becomes a problem, by limiting consumption and redistributing.
i keep the boxes, coz i'm still need them :p keep them in the my house's roof, well the roof have an empty space.
I use to toss my boxes/blister packs onto the shelf in my closet. It wasn't very organized and because the shelf was too high for me to reach, eventually just tossing them up there would result it a bunch falling down on me. @_@

it's the 10th anniversary edition. they repackage it into 24 volumes with new cover art. costed me 3 times more per volume compared to normal edition. >.<
Keeping them but its a matter of time when I need to throw them out. I'm just delaying it. :D
So far I have been keeping them, but my collection isn't very big at all yet. I don't know what I'd do when it starts to get out of control, though, it'd be a shame to throw some away.
Have the same dillema with you too. Until now I keep almost 100% of the boxes since sometimes I sell some of my collections when I got bored with them or I don't have anymore room to display them. Luckily my parent house is very big and have lots of empty storage so I can store some of the boxes there :D
i've not thrown away any of the boxes that came with my figure purchases and now my room looks like a mini warehouse corner of Hobby Search/HLJ..
I store them in the basement. I haven't sold any of my figures yet but if I ever get tired of it all (I doubt I ever will since its been 10 years now, but better safe than sorry) I can get more money for them when I sell them with the original boxes. Plus whenever I have to move I'll know that all my figures will be packed safely and securely in their own custom made boxes.
I keep my figures IN the boxes, so obviously I still keep the boxes. meh! =p
