This might or might not fit into the "games" category, but since he IS a game mascot, I figured it might be ok :P Segata Sanshiro... I had actually never heard about him before I watched this video. But anyway, he is awesome. Segata Sanshiro is (was) the mascot for Sega Saturn. I won't bother to try explain it anymore than that, you must see to understand XD

Yup, his real name is Fujioka Hiroshi, and he is a real devoted martial artist. He has made several cameos in several Kamen Rider series as well! (I can only remember Agito though)

Nice, now if Sega could of helped market Universe At War: Earth Assault for PC but from what I keep hearing they're a worthless company :(. However I do like the old Mascot, too bad he had to go boom :(
The Segata Sanshiro advertisements are on so many levels of awesome. My particular favorite is the one on Sakura Taisen. The girl acting as Sakura is just too cute! It is unfortunate that Sega had to give up on the hardware business. I enjoyed my Dreamcast.
I've only seen it's parody before and now I finally get it (I get the pun part thought)... that was indeed crazy, and on the most EPIC level of EPIC... Definitely the most EPIC game mascot ever!
