EVA-01 Would win because Kamina would end up making mama mad. At that point its all over. 

Besids UNIT 1 is like three times bigger than Gurren Lagann.

And if its post 14th she is self sustaining with the S2 organ.

Thoe both kick ass, it would be one hell of a fight.

But she won't be able to munch on Gurren Lagann though, since Gurren would bite her hands off first. Haha. =D
