That's correct; at this new Maid Cafe in the Otaku shopping district of Akihabara you can dub a scene in an anime. If there are not enough people to play the roles, the maids help you out and just before you leave you receive your own copy of your work. More info on it here at my blog .
Coolio idea... I want to go to that cafe!
Wow a nice maid cafe! I'll be sure to put this on my "must go to" list when I visit Akihabara someday...
I wonder if they accept all genres of anime... :3~~
This looks pretty cool, I wouldn't mind trying it.
Mm... do they let you take home your dubs so your friends can laugh at you? Sounds fun...
wow... I'd love to scream god finger or giga drill breaker...
I've been to Popopure maid cafe while I was on holiday in Japan, I was walking through Akihabara searching for the retro game store super potato. After I found it I walked further and there was a maid standing outside inviting you inside, you take the elevator to the 3rd floor and there you are! When I took out my camera they where scared and I thought they where shy, but they told me you need to pay for a picture of you with a maid. They create their own animations near where you drink, so you can see the animators do their work. The funny thing is they tried to translate the japanese text of the animation to english and it's hilarious! But even so the maids where great and very friendly, my nr.1 cafe in Toyko! :P
