Wow, wearing an outfit like that? I would have figured a cosplayer would have picked an alternate Lei fang costume. The dress looks like it's made from cloth a bit thicker than I'd imagined it; and I thought that the dress was made from leather or vinyl. However, it's still wonderful.
Yea in the game the dress is very much shinny. So most likely leather or vinyl. The girl most likely went with cloth cause leather is not cheap and vinyl is hard to work with.
